"Seek First the Kingdom of God"
Matthew 6:33

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.

When you put God first in your life, everything else falls into place.

Be Transformed not Conformed

Romans 12:2  Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Don't just read the scripture, ask God for a revelation. Look for a spoken word from God when you are studying the Word of God.  Ask God for wisdom and he will give it to you without reproach. James 1:5

Once you ask God for wisdom, immurse yourself in the Word of God and watch the wisdom manifest.
